Best trip I've ever taken! I came with my mom and sister and this was a perfect family trip, very low stress with healthy food and lots of activities like snorkeling and visiting islands. We stayed for 9 days which is not for the faint of heart but we loved every minute! Guadalupe is an amazing cook and has good relationships with many Guna people, so this was also a cultural experience where we got to support many local guides, businesses, and artists. We had fresh seafood and mostly vegetarian food which was very good for us since we have specific dietary needs like lactose and gluten sensitivities. The weather was beautiful in May at the end of the high season. We saw nurse sharks, manta rays, dolphins, barracudas, and many beautiful sea creatures! We also did a hike at Rio Sidra with local guide Lisa and bought beautiful molas from her. Thank you Guadalupe!

A wonderful and very enriching experience!!! I would repeat without a doubt!! A natural, spontaneous and fun way to get to know the islands and Guna Yala in general. I enjoyed it a lot, I ate delicious and I felt in the best hands. Thanks to Guadalupe and Esteban who made the days fly by and everything was great! More than grateful!!🩵

Four of us stayed with Guadalupe on their boat Thyra for three nights and it was an unforgettable experience. Lupe is a very warm person and an excellent cook. She delighted us every day with varied and healthy dishes. We loved it. We were able to experience San Blas in its natural beauty every day. It's simply paradise. Lupe took us to the most beautiful and lonely places. We are grateful to Lupe for the wonderful days. We can recommend Lupe and Thyra to everyone who wants to visit San Blas.

Wonderful experience, nice boat, nice food, Guadalupe is a excellent hostess, very attentive, the cleaning of the boat was great. We visited many beautiful islands and had an excellent sailing experience.

We had an amazing time with our captain Guadalupe and fellow sailor David. We had experience of seeing how a sailboat works and were thrilled to have been to many small islands. It was great to celebrate Christmas with them. I would highly recommend for everyone to come and try this adventure.

When coming to San blas, do it only with Guadalupe!! We sailed on her boat Thera for 3 days that I wish would never ended!
Great facilities, amazing fresh food done by Guadalupe and sailing experience that you won’t have anywhere. She took us to amazing places and it was one time experience. Don’t hesitate!!!
